This is soup my mother used to make it. The good part of chicken soup is that it tastes better the day after.
8 Cup (128 tbs)
4 Cup (64 tbs)
Italian seasoning blend
Chop carrots, celery, onion.
In a bowl, mix chopped vegetables and chicken.
Add chicken broth and some water.
Add Italian seasoning and chili powder to the mixture.
Stir the mixture and put it on the flame.
Bring it to boil. Cover it and let it simmer for 40 minutes.
Take out the chicken pieces. Let them cool.
Cover the stock. Break the spaghetti and it to the stock.
Bring the mixture to a boil. Lower the heat and cover it.
cut the meat off the bone and chop it.Put it into the soup.
Boil the stock again. Cover it and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
The soup is ready.
