Cream Of Zucchini Soup
|Diced zucchini||1 Large|
|Condensed chicken broth||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Diced celery||50 Milliliter|
|Diced onion||200 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Evaporated skim milk||125 Milliliter|
Combine all ingredients except milk in saucepan.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
Cover; simmer for 10 minutes or until zucchini is very tender.
Place half the mixture in blender container; puree until smooth.
Repeat with remaining mixture.
Return to saucepan; stir in milk.
