Cream Of Zucchini Soup

Ingredients
  Diced zucchini 1 Large
  Condensed chicken broth 2 Can (20 oz)
  Water 500 Milliliter
  Diced celery 50 Milliliter
  Diced onion 200 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Evaporated skim milk 125 Milliliter
Directions

Combine all ingredients except milk in saucepan.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
Cover; simmer for 10 minutes or until zucchini is very tender.
Cool slightly.
Place half the mixture in blender container; puree until smooth.
Repeat with remaining mixture.
Return to saucepan; stir in milk.
