Ingredients
  Ground beef 500 Gram
  Chopped green pepper 125 Milliliter
  Chopped onion 125 Milliliter
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Condensed beef broth 2 Can (20 oz) (284 Milliliter Each Cans)
  Water 15 Ounce (1 1/2 Soup Cans)
  Chopped canned tomatoes 250 Milliliter
Directions

In large saucepan, brown beef and cook green pepper and onion with chili powder until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients, heat; stir occasionally.
