Zucchini Soup

Ingredients
  Pork sausage links 12 Ounce (Breakfast Variety)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Zucchini 1 Pound, sliced
  Canned stewed tomatoes 43 1⁄2 Ounce (Three 14 1/2 Ounce Each Cans)
  Canned chicken broth 14 1⁄2 Ounce
  Garlic powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
Directions

Cut sausage into 1/4-in.slices; brown in a Dutch oven or soup kettle.
Add celery and onion; saute until tender.
Drain.
Stir in the next nine ingredients.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 35 minutes.
Add green pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
