Zero Cooking Savory Swiss Chard Soup

A delicious and healthy raw soup made with Swiss Chard.
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Swiss chard leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Cilantro 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Sun dried tomatoes 3 Medium
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 1 Small
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Avocado 1⁄2 Medium
  Jalapenos 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

1. Clean and wash the swiss chard.

2. In a blender blend Swiss chard, water, cilantro, sun dried tomatoes, salt, tomatoes and garlic.
3. Blend for 2 minute and then add the avocados and jalapenos, and blend.

4. Serve the Swiss chard soup cold.
