|Cauliflower||1 Small, broken into florets|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Potatoes||3 Medium, peeled and sliced|
|Chicken stock cube||1|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Strong cheddar cheese||1 Tablespoon, grated (To Sprinkle)|
1 In a pan, combine cauliflower florets, onion, potatoes, stock cube and water.
2 Bring to a boil
3 Simmer until vegetables are very tender, for about 30 minutes.
4 Transfer to a blender.
5 Blend until smooth.
6 Pour in individual soup bowls and serve hot.
