Chilled Avocado Soup With Sour Cream
|Ripe avocado||1 Large|
|Consomme madrilene||2 Can (20 oz) (Clear)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chili powder||To Taste|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced dill/Crushed dill seed||1 Teaspoon (Fresh)|
Peel avocado and remove seed.
Whirl until smooth in electric blender or force through sieve or food mill.
Mix with consomme and sour cream.
Season with salt, chili powder, cayenne, and onion.
Chill until mixture jells.
