Chilled Avocado Soup With Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Ripe avocado 1 Large
  Consomme madrilene 2 Can (20 oz) (Clear)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Chili powder To Taste
  Cayenne To Taste
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Minced dill/Crushed dill seed 1 Teaspoon (Fresh)
Directions

Peel avocado and remove seed.
Whirl until smooth in electric blender or force through sieve or food mill.
Mix with consomme and sour cream.
Season with salt, chili powder, cayenne, and onion.
Chill until mixture jells.
