Chicken Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, diced
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
Directions

1. Cook onion and celery in broth until tender.
2. Slowly pour beaten egg into boiling broth, stirring so egg separates into shreds
