Avocado Crab Soup

Ingredients
  Canned condensed chicken broth 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green onions and tops 1 , cut into about 1 inch pieces
  Garlic clove 1 Small
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Avocados 2 Medium, pared and cut up
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen crabmeat 6 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
Directions

Heat chicken broth, water, green onion and garlic to boiling in 2-quart saucepan.
Pour hot mixture into food processor or blender.
Add lemon juice and avocados.
Cover and process or blend about 30 seconds or until smooth.
Pour mixture back into saucepan.
Stir in yogurt and crabmeat.
Heat, stirring constantly, just until hot.
1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, or 1 package (8 ounces) salad-style imitation crabmeat can be substituted for the frozen crabmeat.
