Potato Chive Soup

Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Chicken broth 13 3⁄4 Ounce, can
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

1. Put all ingredients except milk and chives in saucepan and simmer, covered, until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
2. Add milk. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
3. Garnish with chives.
