Vegetarian Asparagus Cream Soup

Ingredients
  Celery 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Canned asparagus 10 3⁄4 Ounce, cut into small pieces (1 Can)
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green food color 1 Drop
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute celery and onions in margarine until tender and set aside.
Melt butter in double boiler and add flour and asparagus juice drained from can.
Cook until thickened.
Combine the above mixtures and add cream, salt, pepper and coloring.
Heat and add asparagus.
