Ham It Up Pea Soup

Ingredients
  Lentils 250 Gram
  Water 1 Liter
  Ham hock 1
  Celery 125 Milliliter
  Carrot 1⁄2 , chopped
  Condensed green pea soup 1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Milliliter
  Seasoned salt 1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients, bring to a boil.
Simmer, covered, for 2 hours; stir occasionally.
Remove skin and bone from ham; skim off fat from broth.
Return meat to soup.
