Ingredients
  Dried white beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried kidney beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried cranberry beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lentils 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green split peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Water 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped
  Celery ribs 2 , chopped
  Canned italian peeled tomatoes 14 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cabbage head 1 Small, shredded (Preferably Savoy)
  Hot pepper flakes 1 Pinch
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Rinse beans, lentils, and split peas and pick over. Place in a large pot. Add enough water to cover by at least 2 inches. Bring to a boil, remove from the heat, and let stand 1 hour; drain.
