|French bread||30 (bagette, 1/4 inch thick)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm)|
Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
Brush bread slices lightly with oil.
Place on baking sheets.
Toast in oven until dry and golden brown.
Cool on racks.
Rub croutons with garlic cloves.
