Chinese Egg Drop Soup

A classic Chinese soup that takes no time to make and gives you that warm all over feeling.
Ingredients
  Chicken broth 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Ginger 1 , peeled and sliced thin (Inch)
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Egg 2 , beaten
  Scallion 2 , sliced thin
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon (To Taste)
Directions

1. In a stock pot combine the chicken broth, sliced ginger, soy sauce, sherry, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
2. Start stirring the soup in a circular motion and add the beaten eggs slowly.
3. Remove from the heat. Add the scallions and sesame oil.
