Fresh & Fragrant Pea Soup

Ingredients
  Shelled peas/One package of 10-ounce frozen peas 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh)
  Spinach 3 Ounce
  Lettuce 2 Ounce
  Chopped leeks 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant chicken bouillon granules 2 Teaspoon
  Dried chervil 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Skim milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large saucepan combine the peas, spinach, lettuce, leeks, bouillon granules, chervil, and pepper; add water.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmerfor 20 minutes.
Pour into blender container or food processor bowl; cover and process till smooth.
Sieve mixture back into saucepan.
Add milk and butter or margarine; heat through
