Sweet And Tangy Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
  Cabbage head 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Canned diced tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, 3 1/2 Cup, Recipe Ready, Undrained)
  Canned double strength beef broth 21 Ounce (2 Cans, 10.5 Ounce Each, 2 1/2 Cup)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Small Onion)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can, 1 Cup)
  Granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Golden raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

COMBINE cabbage, tomatoes and juice, broth, water, onion, tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper in large saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover; cook for 1 hour.
ADD raisins; cook for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender
