Savory Turkey Soup

Ingredients
  Defatted chicken stock/Low-sodium chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Low sodium tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dried savory 1 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooked turkey breast 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Frozen mixed peas and carrots 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Torn spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In a large saucepan, combine the stock or broth, tomato sauce, savory, onion powder and pepper.
Cover and bring to a boil.Stir in the turkey and peas and carrots.
Return to a boil, then reduce the heat.
Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Remove from the heat.
Stir in the spinach.
Cover and let stand about 1 minute or just until the spinach starts to wilt.
