Chilled Pea Soup

Ingredients
  Diced raw potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Green onion with tops 2 , sliced
  Regular strength chicken broth/Homemade chicken broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Curry powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream/Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika To Taste
  Chopped chives 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a 3-quart pan, combine potatoes, peas, green onions, chicken broth, and curry powder.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer until potatoes are just tender when pierced (about 20 minutes).
In a blender or food processor, puree soup, a portion at a time, until smooth.
Stir in cream.
Cover, refrigerate, and serve cold.
Garnish with paprika and chives
