Cucumber Buttermilk Soup

Ingredients
  Buttermilk 1 Quart, made from skim milk, no more than 0.5% milkfat
  Cucumbers 2 , peeled, seeded, and shredded
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

In large bowl combine buttermilk, shredded cucumber, snipped parsley, sliced green onion, salt, and pepper.
Cover and chill till serving time,
