Cucumber Buttermilk Soup
|Buttermilk||1 Quart, made from skim milk, no more than 0.5% milkfat|
|Cucumbers||2 , peeled, seeded, and shredded|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced green onion||1 Tablespoon|
In large bowl combine buttermilk, shredded cucumber, snipped parsley, sliced green onion, salt, and pepper.
Cover and chill till serving time,
