For carrot lime tang soup
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1 , de seeded and chopped
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Minced fresh ginger
1 , peeled, destoned and chopped
Put all the ingredients except the avocado into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add the avocado and finish blending.
