Chicken Watercress Soup

Ingredients
  Condensed chicken broth 1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)
  Water 1 Can (10 oz) (1 Soup Can)
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)
  Finely chopped onion 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Diced celery 50 Milliliter
  Diced cooked chicken/Turkey 375 Milliliter
  Coarsely chopped watercress 250 Milliliter, firmly packed
  Cornstarch 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

Mix together first six ingredients; simmer gently 10 minutes.
Add watercress and simmer until just wilted.
Mix cornstarch with enough water to form a smooth paste; stir into soup until clear and smooth.
