|Flank steak||1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced (250 Gram)|
|Beef stock||1 1⁄5 Liter, heated (5 Cups)|
|Mushrooms||6 Large, diced|
Place butter, celery, carrot, onion, garlic, seasonings and bay leaf in casserole; cover and microwave 5 minutes.
Mix in peas, meat and beef stock; correct seasoning.
Cover and continue microwaving 40 minutes.
Stir in mushrooms and finish microwaving 3 minutes uncovered.
