Country Soup

Ingredients
  Butter 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Stalk celery 1 , diced
  Carrot 1 , pared and diced
  Onion 1 Medium, diced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), smashed
  Chervil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Yellow peas 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Flank steak 1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced (250 Gram)
  Beef stock 1 1⁄5 Liter, heated (5 Cups)
  Mushrooms 6 Large, diced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place butter, celery, carrot, onion, garlic, seasonings and bay leaf in casserole; cover and microwave 5 minutes.
Mix in peas, meat and beef stock; correct seasoning.
Cover and continue microwaving 40 minutes.
Stir in mushrooms and finish microwaving 3 minutes uncovered.
