Won Ton Soup
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped chicken||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Condensed chicken broth||21 Ounce (2 Can)|
|Water||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Cooked chicken/Pork||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into strips|
|Chopped spinach||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Gradually stir 2 tablespoons egg and 1/2 teaspoon water into flour and salt.
Knead on lightly floured board until dough is smooth; roll dough to 10 x7 1/2-inch piece; cut into 12 squares (2 1/2inch).
Thoroughly mix finely chopped chicken, onion, soy, and remaining egg; place a heaping teaspoon of mixture on each square.
Bring corners together and seal edges.
In saucepan, combine soup and water; bring to boil.
Add won tons; cook over low heat 5 minutes.
Add chicken or pork and spinach.
