Butterball Soup With Chicken
|Chopped onions||2 Large, divided (Divided)|
|Half and half||1⁄2 Pint|
|Butterballs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Boil chicken and 1 large chopped onion until done.
Cool and remove chicken from bone; set aside.
Add water to broth and bring to boil.
Cook at least 30 minutes.
Add egg noodles (as desired).
Simmer on medium heat 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Melt margarine in large skillet; saute 1 large chopped onion.
Add chicken pieces.
Add half and half; simmer until thickened.
