|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Light cream||120 Milliliter (1 Soup Can)|
|Milk||60 Milliliter (0.5 Soup Can)|
In saucepan, combine broth, carrots, celery, and onion.
Cover; cook 20 minutes or until carrots are very tender.
Blend in electric blender until smooth.
In saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Heat; stir now.
