Beer Cheese Soup
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot chicken broth||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Cheez whiz||16 Ounce|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Yellow coloring||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
In a heavy pan, melt butter and mix with flour until completely blended.
Heat over low heat for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Add hot chicken broth and cream; mix until smooth and thick.
Add Cheez Whiz and mix until all the cheese is melted and smooth.
Add beer and Worcestershire sauce; mix in food coloring and chives.
Simmer 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
