Shrimp And Corn Soup

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned creamed corn 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned whole kernel corn 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Whole tomatoes with green chilies 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned tomato sauce 6 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Small peeled shrimp 2 Pound
Directions

Cook tomatoes and tomato sauce for 1 hour; skim top.
While tomatoes are cooking, saute produce and seasoning in butter in separate pot.
Add shrimp to produce and simmer until done, then add corn.
Add tomatoes and sauce to this; add water as needed
Cook about 10 minutes longer.
