Fish Soup Part 1 – Ingredients & Getting Started

This is just an experiment and it tastes good. You can try this simple recipe at home.
Ingredients
  Fish fillet 1 Kilogram
  Cabbage 150 Gram, sliced
  Carrots 1 , sliced
  Cherry tomatoes 10 , sliced
  Green onion stalk 1 Large, sliced
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sliced ginger 25 Gram
  Fish stock powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Hot water 500 Milliliter
Directions

Heat the olive oil in a medium sized pot and roast the white part of the green onion and ginger, once soft, add tomatoes and let soften, add hot water, salt, fish stock powder, ground pepper and lime juice. Bring to a boil and then add carrots and cabbage. Let cook for 5min, add fish fillet and simmer for 3min stirring once in a while. Add green onion, mix and serve.
