Vegetable Beef N Herb Soup

Ingredients
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic clove 1 Small, minced
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Condensed vegetable beef soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 Can (10 oz) (1 Soup Can)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In saucepan, cook parsley and basil with garlic in butter until tender.
Add soup and water.
Heat; stir now and then.
