Ingredients
  Chicken stock 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Beef stock 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Fiddle head greens 180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Green onions/1 small red onion 2 , finely sliced
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a saucepan, bring chicken stock and beef stock to a boil. Add fiddlehead greens and green onions (or red onion). Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
–  Adjust seasoning and sprinkle with parsley.
