This Symphony Soup tastes amazing. Try this soup with onions and parsley seasonings. Your suggestions for this Symphony Soup are welcome.
|Chicken stock||375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Beef stock||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Fiddle head greens||180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Green onions/1 small red onion||2 , finely sliced|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
– In a saucepan, bring chicken stock and beef stock to a boil. Add fiddlehead greens and green onions (or red onion). Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
– Adjust seasoning and sprinkle with parsley.
