Cucumber Soup

Ingredients
  Well seasoned chicken broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Lean pork 1⁄4 Pound (Raw)
  Unpeeled cucumber 1 Large
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
Directions

Cook chicken broth and pork for 15 minutes, covered.
Remove pork from broth and cut into fine dice.
Return to chicken broth.
Finely dice the cucumber.
