Quick Potato Soup
|Potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced (raw)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Boiling water||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Milk||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In pot add potatoes and onion to boiling water; cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Blend in milk, butter and seasonings.
Cook until heated.
