Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
  Celery stalks 4 , chopped
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter stick/Margarine 1
  Potato 1 Large, peeled and cut into small bite size pieces
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook broccoli in water until tender.
Drain off water.
Add milk, butter and cheese, blend and stirring until butter and cheese are melted.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
