|Broccoli||1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped|
|Celery stalks||4 , chopped|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Potato||1 Large, peeled and cut into small bite size pieces|
Cook broccoli in water until tender.
Drain off water.
Add milk, butter and cheese, blend and stirring until butter and cheese are melted.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
