Lotus Root Soup

Ingredients
  Jujubes 4 , softened
  Chinese chicken broth/Pork broth 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Dried lotus roots 6 , soaked
  Dried tangerine peel 1 , softened in water to cover 10 minutes
  Dried mushrooms 6 , slivered
Directions

Slice jujubes, discarding pit; combine with rest of ingredients, cover, bring to boil, lower heat and simmer gently 2 hours.
Remove tangerine peel and turnip green before serving.
