White Waterfall Soup

Ingredients
  Stock 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Oriental)
  Shiitake mushrooms 2 , rinsed and slivered
  Shirataki 1 Cup (16 tbs), rinsed and cut into 2-inch pieces (Yam Threads)
  Scallions 3 , cut in half (Including Green Tops)
  Tamari/Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine the stock and shiitake mushrooms in a medium-size saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add shirataki, scallions.
