White Waterfall Soup
|Stock||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Oriental)|
|Shiitake mushrooms||2 , rinsed and slivered|
|Shirataki||1 Cup (16 tbs), rinsed and cut into 2-inch pieces (Yam Threads)|
|Scallions||3 , cut in half (Including Green Tops)|
|Tamari/Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
Combine the stock and shiitake mushrooms in a medium-size saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add shirataki, scallions.
