Potato Soup

Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Medium, diced
  Celery ribs 2 , coarsely chopped
  Bay leaves 2
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

Simmer preceding ingredients until vegetables are tender.
Add white sauce to vegetable mixture.
Add pieces of left over ham or 3 slices bacon that has been fried, drained and crumbled.
Simmer 5 minutes more to blend the flavors.
