Potato Soup

Prepare the world renowned Potato Soup with your choice of vegetables. Pour in little butter and milk for the yummy broth, and your Potato Soup will be ready in no time!
Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs) (part top if desired)
Directions

Heat butter in 3-quart sauce pan until slightly browned.
Add onions and fry slowly until yellow and tender.
Then add salt, pepper and flour.
Blend well.
Add parsley, celery, potatoes and water.
Mix thoroughly.
Cover.
Place over high heat (about 3 to 5 minutes).
Reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Add milk.
Heat thoroughly.
