Hot And Sour Vegetable Soup

|Scallions||6 , finely chopped (Including Green Parts)|
|Celery stalk with leaves||1 , chopped|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, sliced|
|Chopped ginger root||1 Tablespoon (Fresh)|
|Vegetable broth/Chicken broth||1 Quart (Homemade)|
|Tamari||3 Tablespoon (Soy Sauce)|
|Hot red pepper flakes||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
|Canned water chestnuts||6 Ounce, drained and sliced (1 Can)|
|Fresh snow peas/1 package of 7 ounce frozen snow pea||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Fresh bean sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
1. Heat the oil in a wok or kettle and stir-fry the scallions, celery, and mushrooms briefly. Sprinkle with the ginger.
2. Add the broth, tamari, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add the water chestnuts, snow peas, and sprouts and simmer for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with the parsley
