Hot And Sour Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Scallions 6 , finely chopped (Including Green Parts)
  Celery stalk with leaves 1 , chopped
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Chopped ginger root 1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Vegetable broth/Chicken broth 1 Quart (Homemade)
  Tamari 3 Tablespoon (Soy Sauce)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Hot red pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Canned water chestnuts 6 Ounce, drained and sliced (1 Can)
  Fresh snow peas/1 package of 7 ounce frozen snow pea 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Fresh bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Heat the oil in a wok or kettle and stir-fry the scallions, celery, and mushrooms briefly. Sprinkle with the ginger.
2. Add the broth, tamari, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add the water chestnuts, snow peas, and sprouts and simmer for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with the parsley
