Quick and zesty vegetable soup is a beef vegetable soup . |Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned italian style stewed tomatoes||29 Ounce (2 Cans, 14.5 Ounce Each)|
|Canned beef broth||27 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans, 13.75 Ounce Each)|
|Canned mixed vegetables||17 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Medium egg noodles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), uncooked|
|Dried oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In large pot, brown meat with onion.
Cook until onion is tender; drain.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until noodles are tender.
