|Mixed fresh fruits||2 Pound (Such As Cubed Or Sliced Peaches, Apricots, Pears, Plums, Or Apples, Or Whole Strawberries, Blueberries, Or Blackberries)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Combine the dried fruits and water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat until tender, about 30 minutes.
2. Add the fresh fruits, except the berries, and cook for 5 minutes. Add the berries and cook for 5 minutes longer. Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice. Sweeten with honey. Cool and chill well.
