Green Tomato Soup

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Green tomatoes 8 , washed and cut into chunks
  Vegetable broth/Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Homemade)
  Arrowroot 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Plain yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped chives/Chopped dill weed 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Melt the butter in a heavy skillet and saute the onions and green tomatoes until soft but not brown. Puree in the container of an electric blender or food processor, or push through a food mill. Add the broth.
2. Blend the arrowroot with the milk and add to tomato mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring until the mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
