|Chicken hearts||16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Package)|
|Gizzards||8 Ounce (1 Package, Cut In Quarters)|
|Onions||3 Large, chopped|
1. Sautee onions in oil, add paprika, and let simmer 2-3 minutes. Use frying pan.
2. Rinse off hearts and gizzards and add to onion.
3. Add salt to taste.
4. Simmer gently 2 hours. No water is added up to this point. Place all in a soup kettle.
