Sopa De Arroz
|Water/Stock||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), pressed|
|Raw white rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), well washed|
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
Bring water, salt and garlic to boil.
Add rice, cover, bring back to boil, lower heat and simmer 15 minutes, or until rice is tender.
Drizzle oil over, cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes without stirring before serving.
