One Of Each Soup

|Potato||1 Large, peeled and roughly chopped|
|Onion||1 Large, peeled and roughly chopped|
|Apple||1 Large, cored and roughly chopped|
|Banana||1 Large, peeled and roughly chopped|
|Celery heart and leaves||1 , roughly chopped|
|Chicken stock||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
Place potato, onion, apple, banana, and celery in a saucepan and add chicken stock.
Simmer them until soft.
Puree in food mill, processor, or blender.
Stir cream, melted butter, curry, salt, and pepper into smooth puree.
Do not cook any more.
