Ingredients
  Potato 1 Large, peeled and roughly chopped
  Onion 1 Large, peeled and roughly chopped
  Apple 1 Large, cored and roughly chopped
  Banana 1 Large, peeled and roughly chopped
  Celery heart and leaves 1 , roughly chopped
  Chicken stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place potato, onion, apple, banana, and celery in a saucepan and add chicken stock.
Simmer them until soft.
Puree in food mill, processor, or blender.
Stir cream, melted butter, curry, salt, and pepper into smooth puree.
Do not cook any more.
