Ingredients
  Butter 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Sauerkraut 180 Milliliter, drained (3/4 Cup)
  Green onions 2 , finely sliced
  Beer 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Beef stock 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a stove-top casserole, melt butter and saute sauerkraut and green onions. Pour beer and beef stock over mixture and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
–  Season with salt, pepper, cumin and nutmeg.
