Ham And Celery Soup

Ingredients
  Meaty ham bone 1
  Chicken back 2
  Water 1 Quart
  Cabbage 1⁄4 Small, finely shredded
  Celery stalks with tops 2 , sliced
  Green onions 6 , chopped
  Canned cream of celery soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 5 1⁄4 Ounce (1/2 Of Soup Can)
  Coarsely grated carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Raw)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Simmer ham bone and chicken backs in the water until meat falls from bones.
Remove bones and put all meat pieces into the broth; add cabbage, celery, and onions, and cook 15 minutes.
Add celery soup and water; season with salt and pepper.
Simmer until well blended, but do not boil.
