1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
5 , peeled and chopped
1 , chopped into wedges
1 Cup (16 tbs) (Zucchini / Mushroom / Tomatoes)
Chicken bouillon cube
Ground black pepper
Chopped fresh parsley
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Combine all the ingredients except vegetables.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for about an hour.
Remove bones from the meat.
Add vegetables tomatoes or zucchini or musrooms and simmer for 20 minutes or until they are cooked.
Serve chicken soup hot.
