Chicken coup is a very simple, easy and delicious recipe. Perfect for a light but filling and healthy dinner. Most of the Americans love this recipe for its convinence. It needs little efforts to make such a beautiful dish.
Ingredients
  Chicken carcass 1 , picked over
  Water 10 Cup (160 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Carrots 5 , peeled and chopped
  Yellow onion 1 , chopped into wedges
  Vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Zucchini / Mushroom / Tomatoes)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken bouillon cube 1
  Bay leaf 1
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine all the ingredients except vegetables.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for about an hour.
Remove bones from the meat.
Add vegetables tomatoes or zucchini or musrooms and simmer for 20 minutes or until they are cooked.
Serve chicken soup hot.
