Garden Fresh Yellow Wax Bean Soup Yi

Ingredients
  Yellow string beans 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut up (Fresh)
  Green beans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut up (Fresh)
  Thinly sliced tiny carrots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cut celery with leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 2
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Savory 1 Pinch
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Cook the above until just tender €” about 10 minutes.
2. In the meantime, in a large saucepan melt 4 tbsp. butter
3. Add 4 tbsp. flour and brown slightly
4. Slowly add 4 c. milk, stirring until thick
5. Add simmered vegetables and juices.
6. Then add 1/4 c. finely chopped parsley, 1/4 tsp. pepper, dash of tabasco, 1/8 tsp. thyme, pinch of savoury, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1-1 1/2 tsp. salt
