Plum Soup

Ingredients
  Chopped plum 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crumbled rusks 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Pinch (Small Pinch)
  Ground cloves 1 Pinch (Small Pinch)
  Ground ginger 1 Pinch (Small Pinch)
  Heavy cream 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rhine wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unpeeled apple slices 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), rubbed with fresh lemon juice
  Fresh lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook plums, rusk crumbs, wine, apple juice and spices until plums are soft.
Sieve.
Add cream, sugar, lemon juice and wine.
Chill and adjust seasonings to taste, adding more chilled wine if desired.
Garnish with apple slices.
